including accounting procedures and systems, budgeting, audits,
compliance, and risk management. They will pair strategic vision with a

community engagement. PMI Entertainment Group seeks an accomplished and
visionary financial and operational leader to serve as its next Director
of Finance. This is a rare opportunity to join an entrepreneurial
organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO),
the Director of Finance will be a key member of the leadership team and
a true strategic partner to the COO. This leader will provide financial
acumen and operational oversight of the Finance team. The ideal

leader. Job Duties: Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment
Group Culture and Customer Service values. Provides strategic financial
leadership and operational oversight for the Finance department,
ensuring alignment with PMI Entertainment Group\'s goals, policies, and
long-range planning objectives. Supervises and directs the preparation
of financial reports, budgets, financial analyses, and studies related
to revenues, expenditures, assets, liabilities, and equity. Reviews,
develops, and recommends long-range fiscal programs, financial systems,
and corporate planning initiatives. Develops, administers, and monitors
accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and corporate
budgets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Coordinates,
maintains, and reviews existing and new financial and accounting systems
and policies to ensure uniform operation across the organization.
Oversees accounting operations, including general ledger activity, check
writing, receipts and disbursements, payroll, bill review, expense and
travel vouchers, and other claims submitted for payment. Reviews and
monitors disbursements and receipts of all funds and determines
appropriate accounting treatment. Provides technical and analytical
guidance on financial matters to the President, COO, and department
leaders to ensure compliance with approved accounting procedures,
policies, and applicable laws. Prepares and presents regular and special
financial reports, including monthly and annual reports for the Board
and other stakeholders as necessary. Works closely with finance team to
ensure alignment with policies and procedures, including settlements,
audits, journal entries, and reconciliations. Prepares pre-event and
post-event financial analyses, including financial proformas, to support
event planning, evaluation, and decision-making. Conducts internal
audits as requested or required and coordinates activities with outside
auditors and other financial review bodies. Analyzes board resolutions,
contracts, and agreements requiring the expenditure of funds and reviews
draft resolutions related to financial matters. Participates with
management in the development and negotiation of corporate contractual
arrangements. Plans, develops, operates, and coordinates risk
management, insurance management, purchasing, payroll, and companywide
fixed asset programs. Oversees the detailed inventory of company
property and equipment. Reviews and develops company information systems
and programs that support effective financial operations and reporting.
Interviews, hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, and, when necessary,
disciplines or discharges Finance personnel in coordination with Human
Resources. Directs and monitors Finance personnel to ensure proper
accounting procedures are followed and department responsibilities are
completed accurately and timely. Maintains open communication with all
levels of staff and keeps employees informed of company and department
goals, objectives, and expectations. Represents the organization at
corporate, local government, and legislative meetings when necessary,
including matters that may affect PMI operations. Maintains current
knowledge of financial trends, regulations, and best practices through
professional reading, research, conferences, seminars, and other
learning opportunities. Takes ownership of the role by proactively
learning new systems, processes, and expectations; demonstrates
leadership, accountability, and self-direction while embodying PMI
Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values. Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting,
business administration, or a related field required. Must have eight to
ten years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience,
including experience with budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting,
analysis, internal controls, and accounting operations. Minimum of five
years of supervisory or leadership experience, with demonstrated ability
to develop, guide, and hold team members accountable. Knowledge, Skills
and Abilities Required: Strong working knowledge of generally accepted
accounting principles, accounting practices, financial reporting
requirements, budget preparation, and fiscal control procedures. Ability
to provide strategic financial guidance, analyze complex financial
information, identify trends, and recommend sound business decisions.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of financial systems, processes,
and reporting tools, including the ability to self-teach, troubleshoot,
and improve workflows. Strong attention to detail with a high level of
accuracy, accountability, and follow-through. Excellent written, verbal,
and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate financial
information clearly to executive leadership, Board members, department
leaders, and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and leadership
skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build
effective working relationships. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft
Office programs, particularly Excel; experience with accounting,
payroll, budgeting, or enterprise financial systems preferred. Other
Expectations: Frequent mobility and/or sitting or standing required for
extended periods of time. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual
dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and standard office
equipment. Normal range of hearing required plus vision correctable to
20/20 to read communications, reports, and computer terminals. Must be
able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
Must have ability to give, receive, and analyze information, formulate
work plans, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action
plans. Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and
commitment to exceptional customer service. Demonstrate strong judgment,
discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive business
information. Availability and ability to work irregular hours as
dictated by facility schedule and project timetables to include nights,
weekends, and holidays. Perform special projects and other duties as
