Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Participate in care planning and develop individualized plans to meet resident needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
