Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for an organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating schedules, managing records with accuracy, and providing responsive assistance to internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments to keep the team organized and on schedule.

Provide timely, attentive support to employees, vendors, and other contacts by answering questions and directing requests appropriately.

Maintain accurate records through consistent data entry, document updates, and routine verification of information.

Prepare ad hoc reports and summaries to support operational tracking, decision-making, and department needs.

Organize files, correspondence, and documentation so information is easy to access and compliant with department standards.

Support day-to-day office operations by prioritizing tasks, following up on outstanding items, and helping resolve administrative issues.

Collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure smooth execution of recurring and special projects

Requirements - Demonstrated experience in administrative support, preferably in a senior-level or highly independent capacity.

Strong scheduling and calendar management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Background in customer service with a detail-oriented and solution-oriented communication style.

High level of accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.

Ability to create ad hoc reports and organize information for business use.

Proficiency with standard office software and administrative systems.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
