Warehouse Worker - Distribution Center

Looking for a consistent schedule with competitive pay? Join our fast-paced distribution center team! We're hiring Warehouse Workers to help receive, process, pick, pack, and ship products efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Pay

$18.25/hour for Day Shift

$20.25/hour for Weekend Shift

Shift Times

Day Shift

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Currently working mandatory overtime: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

Weekend Shift

Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Currently working mandatory overtime and may be scheduled an additional day on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately

Receive, sort, and process incoming inventory

Load and unload trucks

Operate warehouse equipment as trained

Maintain inventory accuracy and organization

Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient

Meet daily productivity goals

What We're Looking For

Warehouse, distribution, logistics, or general labor experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout a 10-12 hour shift

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
