L'External beans warehouse supervisor est responsable de la gestion, du stockage et du suivi des fèves dans les magasins externes. Il veille à la bonne réception, au rangement et au transfert des lots entre les sites d'usinage et le site de production, tout en garantissant le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité, de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire.
Il assure le suivi quotidien des stocks, contrôle la cohérence entre les stocks physiques et ceux enregistrés dans le système, participe aux inventaires et coordonne les opérations logistiques avec les différents acteurs des Beans Operations. Le titulaire du poste veille également à la disponibilité et au bon état des équipements de manutention et à la réalisation des traitements phytosanitaires nécessaires.
Le poste requiert une solide expérience en gestion des stocks, une bonne maîtrise de SAP, des compétences en analyse des données et en résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'une forte capacité d'organisation, d'anticipation et de travail sous pression. Le candidat doit faire preuve d'intégrité, d'autonomie, de rigueur, d'esprit d'équipe et d'une grande capacité d'adaptation.
Les principales responsabilités comprennent :
Respecte et fait respecter les consignes de sécurité, de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire
Surveiller le stock de fèves dans les magasins au jour le jour ;
Comprendre et analyser les données de l'activité au niveau des magasins de stockage fèves usinées ;
Faire des contrôles réguliers pour s'assurer que le stock dans le système est le même physiquement ;
Participer aux inventaires physiques mensuels et aux inspections des magasins, selon les besoins.
Réceptionner et ranger en les lots brousse usinés reçus des sites d'usinage ;
Coordonner avec le responsable des magasins sites d'usinage, les transferts retour vers le site de consommation
Surveiller et bien gérer les outils de rangements (palettes, sacs jutes, chariots élévateur...)
Faire des propositions de transfert en fonction de l'état des lots stockés dans le magasin
Suivre les inventaires dans ce magasin ;
Suivre et se rassurer que les traitements phytosanitaires sont organisés et bien réalisés.
Fournir des rapports quotidiens sur l'activité.
Peut-être appelé à d'autres postes ou taches suivant les besoins du service et/ou de la hiérarchie
A propos de vous :
Avoir un niveau minimum baccalauréat + 3, 4 en logistique ou toute filière équivalente
Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en gestion des stocks ou en gestion d'entrepôt.
Des certifications dans les domaines de la logistique seront des avantages
Connaissance en maintenance des chariots élévateurs
Bonne connaissance en gestion des stocks ;
Connaissance de SAP
Capacité à travailler sous pression ;
Bon sens de l'anticipation et bonne capacité organisationnelle.
Bonne connaissance de l'outil RCA (Root cause Analysis);
Connaissances rudimentaires en informatique précisément sur windows,.

The External beans warehouse supervisor is responsible for the management, storage, and monitoring of processed cocoa beans in external warehouses. The role ensures the proper receipt, storage, and transfer of lots between processing sites and the production facility while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
The position oversees daily stock monitoring, verifies the alignment between physical inventory and system records, participates in inventory counts, and coordinates logistics operations with various stakeholders within the Beans Operations team. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring the availability and proper maintenance of handling equipment and monitoring the execution of required phytosanitary treatments.
This role requires solid experience in inventory management, a good knowledge of SAP, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and planning abilities. The successful candidate must demonstrate integrity, autonomy, rigor, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Key responsibilities include :
Ensure compliance with and enforcement of safety, quality, and food safety requirements.
Monitor bean stocks in external warehouses on a daily basis.
Analyze operational and inventory data related to processed bean storage facilities.
Conduct regular checks to ensure consistency between physical stock and system records.
Participate in monthly physical inventories and warehouse inspections as required.
Receive and properly store processed bean lots received from processing sites.
Coordinate return transfers with processing site warehouse supervisors to the consumption site.
Monitor and manage storage and handling equipment (pallets, jute bags, forklifts, etc.).
Recommend stock transfers based on the condition and status of stored lots.
Track and monitor inventory activities within the warehouse.
Ensure phytosanitary treatments are properly planned and executed.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department or management based on business needs.
About You :
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in inventory or warehouse management of 2 to 5 years.
Logistics-related certifications would be an advantage.
Knowledge of forklift maintenance is a plus.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong planning, anticipation, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology.
Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Windows applications.
