Job Description:

Job Summary

This position requires strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills to support a fast-paced office and operations environment. He/She is responsible for preparation of complex reports, using various software packages and databases (e.g. MS Access). This position also determines methods and procedures for completing complex tasks, provides advanced office support knowledge and skills, prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Performs office tasks including paperwork, computer keyboarding, filing, and calculating.

Coordinates all inbound and outbound aircraft activity.

Communicates with all internal and external departments including Aircraft Maintenance, Cargo, Hub, Flight Control, Agriculture, Customs, and various vendors.

Assists others with any contingencies and communicates details to affected departments.

Communicates between regions and countries.

Compiles and audits all daily, weekly, monthly reports.

Audits vendor invoices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong verbal, written and organizational skills

Available to work flexible schedule including extended hours and holidays as service needs dictate

Basic Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $21.15/hr to $34.40/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
