Job Title: Assembler (1st Shift) ($18.50/hr.)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. You will play an essential role in assembling spray booth units and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. We are looking for individuals to interview and start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today!

Responsibilities

Assemble spray booth units using hand and power tools.

Build small sub-assemblies and progress to larger assemblies over time.

Work alongside a team member for hands-on training and cross-training on different assembly stations.

Install frames and attach large plastic panels (approx. 4x6 ft.).

Perform detailed assembly tasks such as fitting small components together.

Assist with packing completed booths into large shipping units as needed for shipment preparation.

Conduct final inspection to ensure proper functionality (e.g., nozzles working, components properly installed).

Follow work instructions and assembly guides; most processes are learned on the job.

Complete assembly and sub-assembly builds according to standard procedures.

Perform quality checks and basic functional testing on completed units.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.

Essential Skills

Experience using hand and power tools.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.

Mechanical aptitude or prior assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and learn new assembly processes quickly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with blueprints is a plus.

Previous experience in mechanical assembly is beneficial.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Macedonia, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
