Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide dependable operational support for a growing office. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, thorough, and comfortable assisting with document coordination, office administration, and general support tasks. The person in this role will help keep records accessible, respond to day-to-day administrative needs, and provide assistance that enables accounting-related workflows to move efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain digital and physical files so important business and financial documents can be located quickly.

Support accounting-related administrative tasks by gathering records, tracking requested information, and preparing materials for review.

Enter and update data accurately in office systems, spreadsheets, and internal records.

Answer incoming calls and direct questions or messages to the appropriate contact in a clear and courteous manner.

Provide front-office and receptionist support, including handling routine inquiries and assisting visitors as needed.

Assist with office coordination activities as the location continues to expand and evolve.

Help establish clear filing and organizational processes that improve day-to-day administrative efficiency.

Perform general clerical duties such as document preparation, record handling, and follow-up on outstanding administrative items.

Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.

Experience assisting accounting or finance teams with document collection, record organization, or related administrative work.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files, information, and multiple priorities accurately.

Comfortable answering inbound calls and handling routine office communication professionally.

Proficiency in data entry with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and take initiative when locating information or resolving administrative issues.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in an office environment that requires attention to detail. TalentMatch®
