Description We are looking for an experienced and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position and will serve as a key point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors while helping the workplace run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a courteous approach, and the ability to manage front-desk, administrative, and office support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, employees, and delivery personnel while maintaining a welcoming and friendly front-office experience.

Keep reception, meeting rooms, shared spaces, and supply areas orderly, presentable, and ready for daily use.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, certified packages, and office deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.

Arrange meetings, assist with event logistics, and help organize catering and room setup when needed.

Support onboarding activities for new team members and assist with general administrative tasks across the office.

Monitor office supply levels, track shared equipment, and help manage loaner devices and related records.

Partner with office leadership to document workplace metrics, review purchasing patterns, and support operational planning.

Help resolve routine office equipment and conference room technology issues, including audiovisual setup and basic troubleshooting.

Assist with workplace safety efforts by maintaining records, supporting inspections, and coordinating protective equipment distribution.

Contribute to special projects and additional office initiatives as assigned by leadership. Requirements - At least 4 years of experience in an office, reception, or administrative support role.

College diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Strong customer service mindset with clear written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Comfortable learning new systems and using workplace technology effectively.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Capable of handling occasional lifting of boxes or packages up to 25 pounds. TalentMatch®
