Responsibilities

Set sales development priorities and key selling strategies to achieve sales objectives

Provide directional leadership for a fast-growing team of SDRs

Lead the daily activities and quota performance management of individual SDRs

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team metrics, quarterly and annually

Build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring, and development strategies

Develop strong social selling strategies and training for new and existing sales development reps

Motivate the team daily and bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate our market growth trajectory

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of sales management experience

3+ years of SDR or related sales experience at a SaaS company

2+ years of sales experience in at least one of the following:

B2B enterprise software

HR or talent management software

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Track record of consistently exceeding quota and outlined metrics

Strong experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, People.ai, or similar tools

An enthusiastic team player, comfortable collaborating with leaders across departments

Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models

The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for commissions and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location.

Salary Range $111,750 - $149,000 (base + commission)
