Position Details:

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift (Monday-Friday)

Overtime: Available as needed

Training: The first month of training will be conducted on 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) before transitioning to the 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate and monitor production machinery and equipment

Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with quality standards

Observe production processes and promptly report any issues to supervisors

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures

Achieve daily production goals and performance targets

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of machine operating experience preferred, but not required

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Flexibility to work overtime when necessary

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
