Description Manufacturing Administrative Assistant (SAP Experience Required)

Are you an organized administrative detail oriented with strong SAP experience and a background supporting manufacturing, production, or maintenance operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrative Assistant to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility in Baltimore County.

This role will play a critical part in supporting daily plant operations, maintenance planning, inventory activities, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in SAP, excels at managing documentation, and can effectively support multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Enter, maintain, and update data within SAP related to maintenance, production, and inventory activities Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities Maintain accurate records, reports, spreadsheets, and production documentation Track inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation Coordinate vendor communications, service appointments, and deliveries Prepare operational and maintenance reports for leadership Assist with department scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support Manage filing systems and ensure compliance with documentation requirements Collaborate with production, maintenance, warehouse, and management teams Requirements 3+ years of administrative experience within a manufacturing, industrial, production, or maintenance environment Extensive experience using SAP, including work orders, inventory, and maintenance functions Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience supporting maintenance planning, production planning, or plant operations strongly preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and data accuracy TalentMatch®
