Your role at Clorox:
Whether your focus is on supply chain cost management, financial forecasting, long-range planning and analysis, financial reporting, or another area within Finance, you will lead meaningful work across the organization that drives business outcomes and builds your business knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership experience.
As part of a world-class Finance organization, you will partner with leaders across Clorox to help shape business strategies, solve complex business challenges, and influence key decisions. In this role, you will:
This role provides financial leadership and decision support that advance Clorox's business and financial objectives. The individual will own and improve key financial processes, translate complex business and financial information into actionable insights, and partner across functions to influence decisions. The role may include financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounting, controls, financial modeling, analytics, and business transformation.
Typical job responsibilities may include:
Own and deliver core financial processes and work products, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality results
Lead elements of planning, forecasting, close, and/or reporting processes, including aligning inputs, challenging assumptions, and resolving issues
Analyze business and financial performance against plans, forecasts, and prior periods; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Perform complex financial analysis through the development offinancial models, scenarios, and recommendations that support strategic, operational, and investment decisions
Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready insights and communicate implications to Finance and business stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to understand business needs, providefinancial leadership and perspective, and influence decisions and actions that improve business performance
Maintain strong financial stewardship by supporting accurate reporting, data integrity, effective internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting and company requirements
Use data analytics, visualization, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance insights and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Finance processes
Lead projects or workstreams from scoping through execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing milestones, and escalating risks when needed
Demonstrate leadership through ownership, sound judgment, constructive challenge,stakeholder influence,and coaching or guidance to others, as applicable
What we look for:
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
Education and Experience
MBA degree completed or expected to be completed before the start date
Undergraduatedegree in business, finance, accounting, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
Relevant professional experience demonstrating increasing responsibility,strategic thinking,leadership, and business or financial acumen
Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools
Highly desirable: Experience with financial modeling, data analytics and visualization, automation, and/or database and ERP tools

-Zone A: $90,900 - $170,100
-Zone B: $83,400 - $155,900

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $90,900 - $170,100
-Zone B: $83,400 - $155,900
-Zone C: $75,800 - $141,700
