Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support a CPA firm in Pasadena, California on a short-term Contract assignment. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is highly organized, careful with confidential records, and comfortable handling both paper and electronic documentation. The role will focus on keeping information accurate, files accessible, and administrative workflows running smoothly in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Enter and verify information in company databases with a high level of accuracy.

Scan, upload, and index documents so records are properly digitized and easy to retrieve.

Sort, label, and maintain large volumes of physical and electronic files in an orderly manner.

Review materials for completeness and flag discrepancies or missing details for follow-up.

Handle sensitive business information with discretion and consistent attention to detail.

Provide day-to-day administrative support that helps the team stay organized and efficient. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Current enrollment in a college program related to Business, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.

Demonstrated ability to stay organized while managing multiple documents and tasks.

Experience with document scanning, file management, and general administrative assistance.

Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when working with important information.

Ability to work independently, remain dependable, and take initiative when completing assignments.

Clear communication skills and comfort working in an office setting that requires attention to detail. TalentMatch®
