Office Assistant

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)

Location: On-site Tallahassee FL 32310 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team full-time! Clerical setting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position offers a variety of tasks and a fast-paced environment-perfect if you enjoy a dynamic workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Receptionist, greeting customers and answering phones

Manage our social media platforms

Provide administrative support to the Owner, Sales Manager, Bookkeeper, and co-workers as assigned

Process job applicants and assist with new hire onboarding

Type and send job estimates/proposals to clients

Record lead information from incoming customer calls or email requests

Prepare daily time breakdowns for crews

Who We're Looking For:

Accuracy working with numbers is a must

Prior experience working in a construction environment

Reliable, with a strong attention to detail

Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills

People-oriented, willing to assist wherever needed

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher

Previous clerical/office or customer service experience a plus
