What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Managing complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts with precision.
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics.
Handling communications, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up on commitments.
Supporting expense reporting, purchasing, and invoice processing for efficient business operations.
Organizing special events and administrative projects as needed.
Coordinating team onboarding activities and providing cross-functional administrative support.
Managing special projects and anticipating leadership needs, proactively resolving issues.
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and business documentation.
