Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Realty Project Management - DS, leads the execution of multiple realty projects by overseeing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages store project leads, and facilitates stakeholder communication to align project initiatives with corporate strategies. The position demands strong leadership in directing associates and contractors, resolving construction issues, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The manager drives continuous improvement, fosters accountability, and ensures projects meet operational and customer experience goals while supporting business objectives.
About the team:
The team leads remodeling and new store building projects, aligning operations and implementation to meet strategic goals. It plans and executes multiple initiatives by applying operational expertise to enhance program outcomes. The team establishes and enforces policies, coordinates cross-functional activities, and drives continuous improvement to optimize performance. With strong leadership, it develops teams, communicates changes effectively, and ensures compliance with company standards. By fostering collaboration and adaptability, the team supports business objectives, promotes operational excellence, and delivers sustainable solutions that align with customer needs and company priorities.
What you'll do:
Oversee multiple Realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage schedules, procurement, and installation of materials.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, addressing obstacles and adjusting timelines as needed.
Direct associates and contractors on project processes, merchandise placement, and equipment installation to meet company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review designs, resolve construction issues, and ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and drive corrective actions to achieve results.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in managing multiple realty execution projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and deliverables.
Strong project management skills, including budget monitoring, schedule coordination, and corrective action implementation.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and alignment with corporate strategies.
Demonstrated leadership in hiring, training, mentoring, and directing associates and third-party supervisors.
Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and standards while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
