Wellbeing is important to us, and to ensure our associates have access to the best care, we offer medical, prescription drug, mental health, dental and vision insurance plans for our associates to select from. As part of our mission to promote excellence in funeral service, our mortuary science scholarship program awards over $96,000 annually to 25 deserving students. Target compensation range: $45,500 to $76,300 earnings potential

The estimated total target compensation for this position in the first year typically ranges from $45,000 to $76,300 annually based on a strong commission-based incentive structure. Actual compensation will vary based on individual performance, geographic location, and applicable business conditions.

(Note: As part of the total compensation plan, this position pays no less than $16.00 per hour for all hours worked)
