What's a typical day as Warehouse Manager? You'll be:
Coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure timely delivery of materials to production and assembly areas.
Monitoring inventory levels, supporting replenishment activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP, or similar).
Conducting cycle counts, assisting with physical inventory audits, and investigating inventory discrepancies.
Safely operating powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) such as forklifts, reach trucks, tuggers, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
Loading, unloading, transporting, and staging materials throughout the facility.
Performing daily PIV equipment inspections and reporting any malfunctions.
Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring compliance with warehouse processes, procedures, and safety standards.
Collaborating with production, logistics, and quality teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Are experienced in safely operating powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.)-PIV certification preferred.
Possess strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP, or similar).
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Are able to work the 2nd shift schedule (2PM to 10:20PM) and are open to overtime as needed.
Uphold strict safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
