Warehouse Associate - Receiving & Inventory
Location: Lima, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate with a strong background in receiving and inventory control to join our team in Lima, NY.
Previous warehouse receiving experience is required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience receiving and verifying incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and working with shipping/receiving documentation.

Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders
Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, and discrepancies
Accurately enter and maintain receiving and inventory information
Stock, organize, label, and properly store materials
Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
Track inventory movement using WMS, ERP, or inventory software
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or production
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Complete shipping and receiving paperwork
Report damaged goods, shortages, and inventory discrepancies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Work effectively with warehouse, purchasing, production, and other team members
Qualifications
Required:
Previous warehouse receiving experience - REQUIRED
Experience receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments - REQUIRED
Inventory control or inventory management experience - REQUIRED
Ability to accurately maintain inventory and receiving records
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Experience with WMS, ERP systems, barcode scanners, or inventory software
Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
Manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience
Experience with shipping carriers and logistics
Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits
