ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Litigation

Assist outside and in-house counsel with commercial litigation including intake, filing, litigation holds, case management, deadline tracking, fact collection, document organization, and discovery

Communicate with internal departments and vendors/vendor counsel to support timely resolution of legal claims, demand letters, and pre-litigation inquiries

Litigation Billing and Budget Maintenance

Maintain and update case management and billing database (Serengeti or similar platform)

Assist counsel with reserve reporting

Compliance Initiatives and Other Projects

Support attorneys and paralegals with compliance initiatives and commercial projects

Assist with compliance-related research, tracking, and internal procedures

Occasional administrative support

QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant degree, certificate, or equivalent training and work experience

4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm and/or corporate legal department

Practical knowledge of civil litigation: civil procedure, discovery, document production, confidentiality, privilege, motion practice

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
