Sheet Metal Construction Workers

Pay: $26 to $32 per hour

Location: Everett, WA

Shift Times:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Thursday

Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday - Sunday

Job Summary:

We're hiring Sheet Metal Construction Workers to build metal panels in a fast-paced environment. Great opportunity for candidates with carpentry, roofing, or mechanical assembly experience. This is a long-term role offering consistent full-time hours and available overtime!

Responsibilities:

Assemble metal building panels

Use hand & power tools

Read blueprints and measurements

Lift up to 70 lbs

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:

2+ years related experience (construction, carpentry, metalwork, or assembly)

Ability to use tools and measure accurately

Comfortable with physical work

Reliable attendance & transportation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
