Job Title: Warehouse Processor Job Description
The Warehouse Processor works primarily at a computer workstation in a smaller warehouse and cleanroom environment, following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assemble devices and consumer packages, ensure product quality, and support cleaning and sanitization activities for materials moving in and out of the facility.
Responsibilities
Work at a dedicated computer desk to process and document orders and materials in accordance with established SOPs.
Assemble devices in a cleanroom environment, strictly following all SOPs and quality standards.
Assemble various packages to meet consumer specifications and ensure all products meet defined requirements before release.
Actively participate in line clearance and set-up activities to prepare work areas and equipment for production.
Help clean and sanitize work areas, cleanroom spaces, and materials entering and leaving the building.
Perform packing, scanning, and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized workstations and electronic records to support smooth warehouse operations.
Apply strong attention to detail to verify information, labels, and product configurations.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 15-20 lbs as needed during daily tasks.
Essential Skills
Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently.
Comfort working at a computer for the majority of the day (approximately 85% computer-based work).
Proficiency with basic computer use, including data entry and navigating computer systems.
Experience or comfort with clerical tasks such as scanning, packing, and record keeping.
Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accurate documentation.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow cleanliness and sanitization protocols.
Capacity to lift and carry 15-20 lbs safely.
Organized and methodical work style to manage tasks and maintain orderly workspaces.
Trainable mindset with the ability to learn new procedures and systems quickly.
Positive, professional attitude and willingness to support team goals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with warehouse operations and small-facility workflows.
Experience with packing and scanning processes in a production or distribution setting.
Prior exposure to cleanroom or controlled environment work is beneficial.
Previous clerical or administrative experience involving data entry is an advantage.
Demonstrated reliability and consistency in following quality standards.
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
