Job Title: Compliance Specialist
This Compliance Specialist role focuses on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), with a primary emphasis on administering and optimizing OneTrust or similar GRC platforms. You will support vendor risk assessments, maintain risk registers and governance documentation, track security incidents, and help streamline policy and control lifecycle processes through automation and workflow improvements. Responsibilities
Administer and configure OneTrust or similar GRC platforms, including workflows, forms, templates, and user access management.
Support and manage Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) assessments for vendors and other external partners.
Maintain comprehensive risk registers and governance documentation to ensure accurate tracking of risks and controls.
Track and manage security incidents and prepare monthly reporting to stakeholders.
Support the full lifecycle of policies and controls, including reviews, approvals, and ongoing maintenance.
Improve GRC processes through automation and workflow optimization using platform capabilities.
Develop and maintain clear user guides and process documentation for GRC and TPRM activities.
Collaborate closely with business and security stakeholders to align risk and compliance operations with organizational objectives.
Assist with governance workflows, control tracking, and exception management to ensure consistent and effective risk mitigation.
Contribute to regulatory compliance initiatives and risk and compliance operations across the organization.
Essential Skills
3-5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), or vendor risk management.
Hands-on administration and configuration experience with GRC platforms, with OneTrust strongly preferred.
Practical experience with at least one of the following platforms: RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, LogicGate, MetricStream, or AuditBoard.
Demonstrated experience performing vendor risk assessments.
Experience maintaining risk registers and associated governance documentation.
Experience in policy management, including policy lifecycle activities such as reviews and approvals.
Experience designing and managing governance workflows within GRC platforms.
Experience with control tracking and exception management processes.
Strong background in regulatory compliance and risk and compliance operations.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF), ISO standards, and SOC 2.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, or related GRC certifications are preferred.
Experience administering OneTrust specifically is highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and security stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create user guides and process documentation.
Interest in working within a science-driven, innovation-focused environment.
Ability to operate in a global setting and collaborate with international teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
