Salary: $30.29 - $43.27/HR Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills

You're an experienced banking professional with a strong understanding of credit, lending, and client servicing-especially within the high-net-worth space. You're detail-oriented, naturally organized, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Multitasking comes easily, and you're comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the team. You enjoy building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and pride yourself on delivering exceptional service and support. If you're ready to bring a proactive, self-starter mindset to a role where client satisfaction and operational excellence go hand in hand-this role is for you.

As a Senior Loan Associate, you'll support the credit and lending process by coordinating loan documentation, managing pipeline activity, and assisting with loan closings for new and existing clients. You'll act as a critical connection point between Relationship Bankers, clients, and internal teams, helping ensure loan portfolio health, timely service, and an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings initiative, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset.
