Description

We are looking for Financial Services professionals to join a compliance-focused team in Orlando, Florida. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with anti-money laundering (AML) experience, clear written communication, and experience supporting financial crime or regulatory review activities. The role combines investigative work, policy-driven analysis, and documentation responsibilities within a structured training environment and hybrid schedule. Candidates should be prepared to complete required screenings and follow applicable investment-related guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Review financial activity and customer information to identify unusual patterns, potential risk indicators, and issues requiring deeper examination.

Conduct investigative research tied to anti-money laundering, know your customer, and enhanced due diligence processes while maintaining accurate case documentation.

Prepare clear, well-organized written summaries, findings, and supporting records for compliance reviews and potential escalation.

Evaluate account activity against banking regulations, internal controls, and financial crime prevention standards, including Bank Secrecy Act expectations.

Assist with suspicious activity reporting workflows by gathering relevant facts, validating information, and supporting timely submission requirements.

Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance-related questions, obtain documentation, and improve the quality of case analysis.

Maintain productivity and quality standards during the initial training period, including full attendance during the first several weeks of onboarding.

Work within a hybrid schedule that includes both remote and on-site collaboration while managing assigned reviews efficiently and professionally.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree completed in any field.

At least 3 years of overall business experience in a structured business setting.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance, financial crimes, or a closely related area.

Working knowledge of AML, KYC, EDD, audit compliance, banking compliance, BSA, and suspicious activity review practices.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze information carefully and document findings accurately.

Effective written communication skills with the ability to produce concise, well-crafted investigative summaries.

Willingness to complete criminal and education background screenings as part of the hiring process.

Ability to comply with applicable investment restrictions associated with the position.
