As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Modesto, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will primarily drive assigned routes, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and team members. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Mon10:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Tue10:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Wed10:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Thur10:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Sat10:00 AM - 04:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas.

Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and/or incidents to appropriate personnel while helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
