SciTec is seeking a Quality Assurance / Test Lead for large software system providing value for an emergent missile defense need.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of system integration and verification activities

Develop and refine test strategies, plans, and methodologies aligned with program objectives

Execute and support system-level test events, including integration, functional, and performance testing

Identify verification gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive resolution

Analyze system performance against requirements and document test results

Collaborate with software, systems, infrastructure, and program teams to ensure integrated system readiness

Support coordination with government and contractor stakeholders to align integration and test activities

Provide recommendations to improve verification rigor, efficiency, and consistency

Support preparation for internal and external reviews, assessments, and demonstrations

Contribute to continuous improvement of integration and test processes across programs

Derive metrics and acceptance criteria for system-level and acceptance-level testing from program requirements

Flexible Work Hours The pay range for this position is $152,000 to 191,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
