As a Security Guard Warehouse Access Control in Holbrook, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
