As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Seguin, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $16.68 / Hour

Day Time

Mon07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Wed07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Thur07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Fri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.

Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.

Document patrols, observations, incidents, and/or policy violations clearly and promptly, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
