As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Mon09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Thur09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.

Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least one year of security-related experience.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
