As a Armed Security Officer - Patrol Full-Time in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity. An armed guard card or license is required.

Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering or exiting the location.

Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol observations, access-related activity, and unusual conditions, and communicate findings to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card or license.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
