position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any
Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The
contributions you will make: This position leads the delivery of loans,
leases, and other financial services to diversified agricultural clients
across multiple lines of business. Directs teams responsible for
business development, client satisfaction, and client loyalty.
Effectively manages resources, credit administration, compliance,
profitability and loan quality within various business units. Develops
and implements strategies and tactics in areas of responsibility and is
responsible for planning, organizing and implementing operational
activities to achieve goals and objectives. A typical day: Develops and
executes strategic business development initiatives that drive revenue
growth, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with key
clients, financial institutions, and strategic partners. Leads
