JOB REQUIREMENTS: ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN II Washington County, located in
West Bend, Wisconsin, has an excellent opportunity for an Accounting
Technician II/ Process Specialist within the County Attorney/Child
Support Department. This position is responsible for tasks related to
the daily operation of the child support agency, including financial and
accounting duties, data entry, customer service and support, case
initiation and closure, collections, court calendaring, and staff
training. Normal business hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
Starting hourly rate is \$24.69; pay based on experience. About

reimbursement. Duties and Responsibilities Court Order Entry: Enters
child support obligations and non-financial obligations into the KIDS
system; determines debt @types; enters intergovernmental orders; services
non-IVD cases. Case Initiation and Closure: Reviews referrals;
determines case composition; updates case information; creates KIDS
cases and related documentation; evaluates state error reports; reviews
monthly case reports; reopens and reassigns cases. Customer Service:
Works with employers; researches financial questions; meets with
participants; answers calls and correspondence; assists participants
with online accounts; provides information regarding tax intercepts;
maintains graduation/emancipation information. Health Insurance: Obtains
insurance information from employers; determines cost reasonableness;
assists with enrollment. Financial Duties: Researches suspense report
transactions; makes system updates; performs financial adjustments;
