About the Role:

Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Overtime Caller to support our client's plant operations in Waxahachie, Texas. The Overtime Caller will play a crucial role in ensuring the plant's overtime needs are met efficiently and effectively according to departmental guidelines. This position requires an organized, proactive individual comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to employees based on department needs to fill overtime slots

Accurately document all communications with extreme attention to detail

Create and maintain overtime schedules

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the department

Requirements:

Proficient with computers and telephone communication

Strong skills using Microsoft Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills

Outgoing personality and a self-starter attitude

Comfortable working in a heavy industrial setting
