Shift: M-F 8-5 PM

What's a typical day as Receptionist I? You'll be:
Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival, offering coffee or water, and maintaining a professional appearance
Notifying staff of client arrivals and directing clients as needed
Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls professionally, including managing multiple calls
Directing mail, faxes, and deliveries to appropriate recipients
Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming reception areas and conference rooms
Preparing and managing conference rooms for meetings
Ordering office supplies and organizing materials for scanning
Mailing client invoices and statements
Ordering lunches for meetings and events, and sending invitations for firmwide events
Monitoring building security, verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining logs
Providing administrative support to the Operations team, attorneys, and staff as needed
Assisting with special projects and office-wide initiatives
Reporting to the Operations Manager and performing other assigned duties

Demonstrate strong business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Are comfortable working 100% onsite in Manchester, NH, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Possess prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred but not required)
Have proficiency with office equipment and basic computer skills
