Job Title: US Marketing Manager - Partnerships (Core Lab)
Job Description
This role leads marketing for US Core Lab pharmaceutical and diagnostics partnerships within a personalized healthcare solutions organization. You will own the development of US strategies, marketing campaigns, and execution across the Core Lab portfolio, with a focus on delivering transformational solutions that improve patient outcomes and simplify laboratory operations. The position sits within a collaborative, mission-driven Core Lab Marketing team that values learning, open communication, accountability, and work/life balance.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Marketing lead for US Core Lab pharmaceutical partnerships, collaborating closely with global business development, the US commercial team, market access, medical and scientific affairs, and other cross-functional stakeholders on current and future projects.
Develop a comprehensive Core Lab partnership marketing strategy, clearly defining Marketing's role and shaping the potential pipeline of partnership products.
Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer insights from across the market to guide decisions on future partnership opportunities and ensure strategies reflect the needs of diagnostic customers and patients.
Represent US diagnostic customers and patients in strategic discussions, making long-term decisions based on market intelligence and customer insights.
Present strategy recommendations, proposals, and marketing plans to pharmaceutical partners and internal teams to refine approaches and align all stakeholders on the path forward for each project.
Design and lead go-to-market strategies and tactics for partnership products to enable seamless product launches and drive growth of in-scope biomarker tests.
Collaborate on or create partnership-specific marketing campaigns, working closely with high medical value assay marketers or directly owning the marketing efforts for various partnership products.
Develop reusable marketing frameworks, processes, and playbooks to drive long-term efficiency, scalability, and success for future partnerships.
Partner with the Reagents team and Clinical Marketing to support key high medical value disease areas, while maintaining strong collaboration with personalized healthcare solutions and business development teams.
Ensure all marketing activities align with the broader Core Lab portfolio strategy and the overarching goal of improving patient outcomes and simplifying lab operations.
Maintain a strong customer orientation by setting clear priorities and focusing marketing efforts on what matters most to customers and patients.
Use productivity and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite) to create presentations, reports, and campaign materials that effectively communicate marketing strategies and outcomes.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of marketing, business, sales, or related business experience, or equivalent work experience in the healthcare industry.
At least 5 years of healthcare marketing experience in diagnostics or pharmaceuticals, with a strong preference for candidates who have marketing experience in both areas.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Proven experience in the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that drive successful outcomes and business growth.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence across a broad stakeholder network and ensure business needs are met or exceeded.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to set clear priorities and focus on what matters most to customers and patients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex strategies and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working across both pharmaceutical and diagnostics environments, particularly in partnership or co-marketing @contexts.
Experience in marketing high medical value assays, biomarkers, or other clinical laboratory solutions.
Ability to create and institutionalize reusable marketing frameworks, processes, and best practices.
Comfort operating in a global, matrixed organization and collaborating with international teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Work Environment
This position is based on-site at a campus in Indianapolis and operates on a first-shift schedule. The role is embedded within a Core Lab Marketing organization that emphasizes a positive, inclusive culture, continuous learning, open communication, and healthy work/life balance. Team members work closely with cross-functional partners including commercial, market access, medical and scientific affairs, global business development, and clinical marketing. The environment is highly collaborative and mission-driven, focused on advancing science, improving patient outcomes, and simplifying laboratory operations. Work is primarily office-based, using standard business technologies and tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite for planning, analysis, presentations, and communication. No relocation benefits are provided for this role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $69.00/hr.
