Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions. This a fully remote role and a contract to permanent opportunity - YOU MUST LIVE IN KENTUCKY. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys helping customers by phone. The position focuses on handling outbound contact, resolving service-related questions, and entering accurate information while maintaining an attentive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide service updates.

Address questions related to products, services, and general account support.

Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure clear records and smooth follow-through.

Maintain a courteous and solution-focused approach while managing a high volume of calls and inquiries.

Requirements

Technical Requirements:

Personal laptop or desktop

Computer Headset for phone calls

Ethernet cable and reliable high-speed internet connection

Ability to pass an internet connectivity test

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Comfortable managing outbound phone activity during the workday.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep organized records of customer interactions.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced service environment.

Reliable problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
