Customer Service Representative - $22/hr with Kelly, in partnership with Cummins (Florence, KY)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00am-6:30pm (No weekends!)

Training hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to customers through an inbound contact center

Use effective communication skills to exceed customer expectations via inbound phone calls, emails, faxes, and chats

Efficiently enter and manage customer orders and address inquiries

Multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Confident communicator with strong decision-making abilities to exceed customer expectations

Call center experience preferred

Proven problem-solving skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
