This is a 3 month contract with possible extension

Pay: $23 - $25/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday business hours

This position onsite in Walnut, CA must be able to commute to Walnut, CA

What's a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Accepting customer orders via various methods (phone, internet, email, fax) and processing transactions using an order ship and bill system.

Working closely with shipping and sales teams to follow up on customer orders and respond effectively to inquiries.

Maintaining an efficient filing and recordkeeping system of customer orders and inventory transactions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of three (3) years of proven customer support experience.

Hold a High School Diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred).

Are familiar with CRM systems and Salesforce and practices, with experience in customer portals being a plus.
