Throughout the summer, you will gain exposure to senior leaders, network across theorganizationand understand Ecolab's businesses, careerpathsand culture through a variety of opportunities. Concluding your11-week internship,you willprovide senior management, project stakeholders, workteamsand alumni with a professional presentation sharing the project overview, findings, and recommendations. Successful interns will be awarded a full-time offer designed for individuals that have the long-term potential to serve as functional leaders and general managers at Ecolab.

Responsibilities Include:
Advisethe highest levels of Ecolab Management on corporate strategy, planning, and business unit performance.
Analyze business unit trends driving performance.
Develop processes and analytical models toidentifyand help manage the key strategic and business issues facing the division.
Accounting, financial reporting and analysis, pricing, contractprofitabilityand new product analysis.
Oversee and manage the company's capital structure, financial risk management, financialassetsand debt portfolio.
Financial reporting and analysis of raw materials, outboundlogistics, manufacturing, inventory, costaccountingand capital projects analysis in a supply chain function
Perform & support ad hoc financial analyses &participateon key business critical projects within Ecolab

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$2,500/week Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
