Neillsville Center Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can

recovery while building meaningful relationships and helping create
lasting change. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult
Residential Support Professional to join our team. LSS Neillsville
Center is a comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment program for
adult men, providing trauma-informed residential services in a
supportive, recovery-focused environment. This is a full-time,
benefits-eligible, 2nd shift position offering the opportunity to be
part of a collaborative team dedicated to empowering individuals to
achieve sustainable recovery. Schedule 37.5 hours per week |
Alternating Schedule Week 1 Monday-Wednesday: 3:45 PM-12:15 AM Saturday
& Sunday: 8:00 AM-8:30 PM Week 2 Tuesday-Thursday: 3:45 PM-12:15 AM
Weekend shifts are required as part of the alternating schedule. What
You\'ll Do As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you\'ll play an
important role in supporting residents throughout their recovery journey
by: Building positive, supportive relationships with residents.
Monitoring resident safety and well-being. Assisting with daily living
activities, housekeeping, and meal preparation. Administering and
monitoring medications according to program guidelines. Documenting
resident progress and maintaining accurate records. Responding calmly
and effectively during emergencies or crisis situations. Encouraging
residents to meet their treatment goals and develop independent living
skills. Facilitating educational groups and life-skills activities.
Transporting residents to appointments and community activities.
