Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Field Marketing Manager working in North/South Texas , you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company Marketing Team.

This position reports to the Director of Field Marketing .

What You'll Be Brewing:

Most importantly, you will lead a team oftalented colleagues,and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on oneconversations

Building the Molson Coors portfolio of brands within the management unit or territory level by driving local brand positioning and investment

Lead Management Unit budget execution, and collaborate with sales teams to drive co-op partner/distributor investment

Create strong customer relationships with alliance partners and provide thought leadership on industry and activation

Collaborate with strategy and planning teams and co-develop annual and 3 year marketing plans inclusive of Management Unit Alliance roadmap and investment strategy

Activate and develop support plans against new brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities aligned with strategic priorities

Relationship owner with key agency partners (creative (ATL/BTL), media, experiential)

Development of people and team inclusive of FMA and CDX (where applicable)

Conduct regular in-market work to both evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and to identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers

You have a Bachelor's Degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR an equivalent experience

You have 5+ years of experiencewith marketing campaigns and field campaigns

You have the ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory to support business needs,as well asoccasional meetings, trainings, andeventsoutside the assigned territory.

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trendsthat require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business

You are serious aboutresults andtake pride in a proven track record in delivering
