Manager, Promotional Review Operations
Length of Assignment: 6 months with possibility to extend based on need
Location: Fully Remote (must live in Eastern Time Zone)
Shift/Hours: 1 st shift / Monday through Friday / 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay rate: $60.00 per hour
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Biology or Life Sciences, or Communications
Minimum of (3) years' experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, in a similar role
Expert in Veeva Vault PromoMats , minimum 3 years experience
Responsibilities include:
The Manager facilitates and prioritizes activities and workload, taking a systematic approach to identifying and addressing key issues and making appropriate judgements, while adhering to the Bausch Health PRC SOP.
Partner with the commercial teams (Marketing, Sales Training, Market Access, Conventions, Internal Creative Agency, etc) to execute the business strategies and tactics to deliver against timelines
Partner with the PRC process reviewers (Legal, Medical and Regulatory) to ensure compliance to the process while efficiently moving jobs through the approval process
Effectively prioritize materials to meet business needs and objectives
Establish and drive timelines for periods of high volume - product launches, sales meetings, new campaigns, etc.
Hold weekly status meetings with marketing/agency partners to understand business needs, priorities, review status of materials, upcoming projects, and aid in life cycle management
Work with external and internal advertising agencies on day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to submission deadlines and PRC process
Establish frequent 1-1/touch points with other cross functional partners to understand need and optimize the effectiveness of your process management
Establish yourself as a strategic partner with the brand teams to enable the management of projects from start to finish (concept to production) - attending brand planning meetings, national sales meetings, concept presentations with agency, etc.
Mange the job's lifecycle through Veeva Vault, chair PRC meeting(s), create agendas, update status reports, effectively communicate and facilitate to gain efficient approval of all jobs
Conduct copy editing and proof-reading quality checks, ensuring all PRC committee-approved changes have been incorporated and no unsolicited changes have been made
Assist in ensuring closed loop documentation including any dialogue, resolution and outside annotations occur within a trackable conversation and within Veeva Vault
Continuously monitor jobs in Veeva to keep status/update on workflow for each tactic and assist in questions/follow up support
Verification of accurate and complete distribution packages
Escalation support, coordinate and schedule escalation meetings as needed
Partner with print production and facilitate communication between Agency Partners and Bausch Health Print Production (HH GLOBAL)
Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Operations to ensure 2253/OPDP submissions are complete prior to use of promotional materials.
Partner with print warehouse to assist in post-approval activities such as inventory management/control, rep ordering, convention ordering, etc.
Partner with DAM librarian on asset support, PRC facilitation, and any special projects
Lead/Support in label updates, when appropriate
Lead/Participate in trainings, Lunch & Learns, and other appropriate department opportunities
Skills
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working within a team environment structure to support internal and external stakeholders,
Collaborative work style
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Excels at establishing relationships with cross functional teams while maintaining integrity
Proven track record of project management including planning support, managing timelines, prioritization, leading meetings, etc.
Effective multi-tasking against competing timelines and resources.
