As a Security Officer - Warehouse Access in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will remain visible, communicate professionally, and help deter security-related incidents while supporting daily operations. Pay Rate: $19.17 / Hour

Day Time

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor and control access to the facility, including verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.

Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and required documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel, drivers, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
