As an Access Control Officer at a retail distribution center, you will help manage access points, verify credentials, monitor incoming and outgoing activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Sat03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to associates, visitors, drivers, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.

Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and communicate access concerns to appropriate personnel.

Screen and direct delivery vehicles, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site procedures and traffic-flow requirements.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
