We're looking for an integrated marketing expert to build and implement demand generation campaigns that drive online Find, Try, Buy motions for Zoom's digital-first product portfolio.
About the Team
This position will lead the digital buyer journey strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive online product discovery, trial activations, and self-serve purchases. Success requires expertise in eCommerce demand generation, data-driven optimization, and building high-performing cross-functional partnerships to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Designing and executing integrated campaigns across digital channels to drive product awareness, trial sign-ups, and online conversions with measurable impact on traffic, engagement, and revenue
Building full-funnel demand generation programs using marketing automation, personalization, and account-based tactics to move prospects through awareness, consideration, and purchase stages
Partnering with product, growth, and revenue teams to align on business objectives and orchestrate omni-channel campaigns that accelerate the digital buyer journey
Developing conversion-focused content including landing pages, email nurtures, product demos, and comparison guides that optimize user experience and drive self-serve purchases
Implementing measurement frameworks with clear metrics across the funnel; conducting ongoing testing, analysis, and optimization to improve campaign performance and return on investment
What we're looking for
Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing with a focus on eCommerce demandvgeneration and digital-first go-to-market strategies
Show proven track record driving measurable results across the full funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to trial activations and online revenue
Apply deep expertise in digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, web, email marketing, and content marketing
Use data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, attribution platforms, business intelligence tools) to measure performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns
Demonstrate experience with product-led growth motions, self-serve purchase models, and
conversion rate optimization best practices
Work effectively across functions in matrixed organizations with global teams and diverse stakeholder groups
Possess bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Bring experience creating scalable campaign frameworks and playbooks that enable regional marketing teams to localize programs
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97,600.00
Maximum:
$225,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
