What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll develop and deliver individualized treatment programs designed to help the individuals we serve achieve their highest level of function and independence.
Provide medically prescribed physical therapy to individuals experiencing injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone conditions.
Evaluate individuals using appropriate physical therapy assessment procedures and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or reduce disability.
Monitor progress and complete re-evaluations, adjusting treatment programs as needed.
Communicate treatment needs, progress, and recommendations to appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical, administrative, and billing documentation.
Participate in clinical and program meetings to discuss treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, staff, families, and community resources to ensure coordinated, effective care.
Participate as a member of rehabilitation treatment teams and contribute to individualized care planning.
Support staff development through in-service training and education as requested.
Participate in orientation and training for new staff, individuals served, and PT/PTA students.
Prepare service summaries and maintain required daily billing documentation.
Supervise PTAs, interns, and students as required.
Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements, licensure standards, professional ethics, confidentiality, and organizational policies.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or applicable degree required.
One year of experience preferred.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport.
