Description

A growing consulting company is seeking a well-connected and eager individual to support their team. This person will be responsible for various administrative duties, customer relationship building, filing, calendar management, event coordination, and more. This individual must have an eye for detail, follow up precisely, and has excellent multi-tasking skills..

Primary job duties:

Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure leaders are prepared for daily priorities and upcoming commitments.

Arrange business travel, develop itineraries, and track related logistics to support efficient team operations.

Organize conference calls, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments while confirming attendance and distributing relevant details.

Maintain accurate filing systems and administrative records so information is easy to access and consistently up to date.

Support event planning efforts by coordinating logistics, materials, schedules, and communications for internal and client-facing activities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners through timely communication and consistent follow-up.

Prepare, review, and manage documentation related to export and import activities, ensuring completeness and proper organization.

Handle a range of day-to-day administrative tasks while balancing shifting deadlines and multiple requests with accuracy.

Monitor outstanding action items and follow through on next steps to keep projects and administrative processes moving forward.

Requirements - Proven experience providing senior-level administrative support in a detail-oriented business environment.

Strong ability to manage calendars, meeting coordination, and competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Experience booking travel arrangements and handling detailed itineraries for business needs.

Familiarity with organizing conference calls and supporting both virtual and onsite meetings.

Ability to prepare, track, or maintain export and import documentation with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and dependable follow-up.

Effective communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
