Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Medical Assistant in Bedford, Texas! This role is in person / onsite. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume.

Position Type : Contract, opportunity for extension or full time offer

Schedule : Monday through Friday - 8am-5pm

Pay : $23 to $24.34 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant :

Room patients for providers / following the rooming protocol.

Assist providers with procedures and clinical workflows.

Manage Inbasket messages, including results routing, patient callbacks, and provider support tasks.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

Medication reconciliation

Prepares and sterilizes medical equipment

Qualifications of the Medical Assistant :

· High school graduate or GED equivalent

· Current, nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification

· Current BLS certification

· Knowledge of medical terminology

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.34 per hour
